Epic Reads Tag!

HOLY SHIZZLES. I’M CONFUZZLED. WHY AM I NOT SPEAKING ENGLISH YOU ASK? I WAS ON THE TRAIN HEADING HOME AND OUT OF NOWHERE THIS NOTIFICATION POPS OUT CONGRATULATING ME ON 200 LIKES. WHAT ME. OKAY LET ME STOP WITH THE CAPITAL LETTERS BEFORE YOU GET A HEADACHE. Peeps of the universe you have no idea how much this means to me. I have passed my birthday goal of fifty followers too! Holy delicious shish kabob on hopefully a sanitary stick. Thank you to the fellow humans who read my posts, like, and/or comment. You made this year start off with a bang!

Now on to the tag- I would like to thank again the wonderful Eliza @DuskAngelReads for tagging me. She’s amazing and if you don’t believe in magnificent things, check out her blog!

Question 1: If you could invite one author and one of their fictional characters to lunch, who would you invite and what would you serve them?

I would send an invite to a favored author of mine since 2014 Señora Jennifer L. Armentrout. Her tower could be surrounded by knights but I’ll get it over the jelly bean wall! Let’s see a fictional character of hers… Katy Swartz. When I first read Obsidian I felt an immediate connection because our personalities and the way we thought we’re remarkably similar. Since I’m fancy and classy just not trashy I would serve a bucket of KFC chicken on a Martha Stewart dinner plate including apple cider… or juice.

Question 2: What book do you wish the author would write a prequel for?

Ah! I got this. *rubs hands in a nefarious way* Wendy Higgin’s series The Sweet Trilogy. I would be ecstatic to learn from the beginning of how it all began since their were different fallen angels for drugs, lust, and etc. Discovering the reason several turned to the dark side is my idea of the best moment in reading history, you know? Like was it because they got a cuter villain cape or something?

Question 3: Which two characters (not from the same book) would make a good couple?

OMIGOSH. I have been waiting for someone to ask me this question. Alexandria Andros & Daemon Black. Ashley Thompson & Seth Diodoros.(They would have super model baby golden children.) Katy Swartz & Aiden Saint Delphi. Andrea Walters & Travis Maddox. Thomas Maddox & Anna Whitt. Okay maybe I should generate a Oharmony site for them. (hehe get it- O[Olga]H Harmony)

Question 4: If you ran into your favorite author on the subway and only could say one sentence to them, who is it and what would it be?

I have a ton of favorite authors but I know what I would say to each of them. Ready? Huh are ya?

“Bless your soul.” *turns around to make a grand exit but trips over air*

Question 5: What book made you a reader and why?

I’ve said before Kim Harrington’s solo novel, The Dead and Buried, was my first real read and I will never regret it. Dealing with moments I didn’t know how to control, I delved into reading as my peace place where no one could destroy or hurt me really. Anyone agree?

Question 6: Incendio!
Your bookshelf just caught fire. Show the book you’d save.

WHAT BUT THAT’S DIFFICULT. I MEAN CAN’T I JUST HAVE SUPER POWERS OR STRONG LONG ARMS TO CARRY THEM. ARGH. I would sadly only be able to take The Lux Series, The Sweet Trilogy, and my first comic book in my pillowcase and throw my phone to the side. That blow to the heart hurt, damncheeseballs.

Question 7: Which dystopian world would you want to live in if you had to choose one? Why?

Picking Illéa from the Selection Series so I can witness America win in the end and make a change! Her and Maxon Schreave are what makes me believe in love. If they didn’t exist I’d probably spend this time discussing on the unfair limited amounts of chocolate.

Question 8: What is your most epic read of all time?

Every book in this series made me appreciate writing and reading a dozen times more!

I’ll be tagging:

Royal Reader

Maya Hearts Books

The Book Raven

Book Princess Reviews

Reading with Rendz

Dev’s Daily Reads

*fireworks light up the night sky* Pew pew pew. Okay I know I’m weird and I’m dreadfully not sorry. 😂 I hope you forgive me if you are already flooded in tags and don’t have the time!

Thank you to everyone who read. You guys are freaking fantastic. Remember to the people who say you can’t do it, prove them wrong and eat an ice cream sundae!

YES I’M SO GLAD. It’s about this girl, Katy Swartz, who lost her father a few years back but her mom then decides to up and move to Ketterman, West Virginia. Little did she know her neighbors are aliens with the most luckiest good looking genes in the world. One is the hot but egocentric Daemon Black and the other fellow is his sweet sister Dee. Daemon will get you aggravated with the way he acts towards Katy in the intro. He’s head strong about not having human contact. He and his sister also lost someone but the difference is the government was involved. The officials create problems, alien frenemies join the stage, and the relationships that are coming to light have MANY enemies. Plus with JLA’s sense of humor the book was worth the read to me. I hope you get a chance to read and review it! I would love to see your opinion.
