The secret Thomas and Travis have kept for a decade will be revealed to the rest of the family, and for the first time the Maddoxes will be at odds. While none of them are strangers to loss, the family has grown, and the risk is higher than ever. HOLY WOWZA… Before reading this book I recommend a box of tissues and to get any form of technology so you can find your nearest therapist. That is why Google is awesome. If you have read all the books, the emotional journey you’ve been going on is about to come to an end. Should i say “YESYESYESYES” or “NONONONO” ?

I can’t imagine anyone being prepared for what they see here. Jamie McGuire’s writing skills has no boundaries. She has switched things up for the last installment and I couldn’t be more proud! I wish it was longer. You got a peek into everyone’s mind set. The only person I wished she included was the infamous Olive. Devastation became a dark cloud above my head when I found out a single couple was now separated. I started hyperventilating and wanted to skip to the page they got back together- that would be a crime to reading. A surprise was anticipated ,but I rather that than another person dying. None of us Maddox family fans could deal with that. Anybody with eyeballs and a heart could see the love was still there after so many years.

I was scared at first seeing the format of the book because if you have seen one of my last reviews it was similar to this and it didn’t end well. I should’ve known a bestselling author couldn’t disappoint! Some characters more than others *cough* Camille and Falyn *cough* got me irritated with their selfish decisions and pathetic excuses for doing the things they did. Even after that, can you really resist loving them though? I know I can’t.

Don’t skip to this book without reading the last books and novellas. THAT would be a felony. Sorry but its true.

*Also if you don’t like a certain couple you still shouldn’t skip their chapters. You would be missing out on a lot.
